5. Candidates from consultancy background preferred.
6. Banking sector knowledge preferred, not mandatory
7. Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing profiles through cost effective channels (Job portals & References)
2. Co-ordinating with hiring managers on interview schedule
3. Screening the candidates based on criteria
4. Managing requirements for units across Pan India
5. Meeting monthly targets
