Scientific Officer Grade ‘D’ or ‘E’ , Posts :7, Discipline: : Radiological Physics

Category-5:
Technical Officer Grade ‘D’ or ‘E’, Posts : 2, Discipline: : Physics

Pay Band / Grade Pay / Entry Pay :
E : 15600 – 39100 Rs. 7,600/-
D : 15600 – 39100 Rs. 6,600/-


HOW TO APPLY
1. Application, preferably typewritten or filled in black ink on A4 size paper should be submitted in the proforma given below.
2. The envelope containing the application should be superscribed as “Application for the post of ___________ (Category No._____) against Advertisement No. .........................
3. A recent passport size photograph should be affixed on the right hand top corner of the application and one additional copy of the photograph should be sent along with the application.
4. A self addressed unstamped envelope (size 24 cms x 10 cms.) should be attached to the application.
5. Candidates should submit along with their application, one attested COPY each of the following documents :
a) Proof of Date of birth
b) SC/ST/OBC Certificate (if applicable)
c) Certificate of Physical Disability (if applicable)
d) Proof of Educational qualifications
e) Work Experience Certificate
f) Certificate of Discharge from Defence Service (applies to ex-Defence personnel
only)
