1. Company Secretary
o Renumeration: Rs. 25000/- fixed
o
Qualification : The candidate should be a member of Institute of Comapny Secretaries of India for a continuous period of not less than five years. Besides, he should also posses at least three years experience of working in a Govt. undertaking/reputed private sector company as a company secretary
o

2. Manager (IT)
o Renumeration: Rs. 25000/- fixed
o
Qualification : MCA or B. Tech (IT) or B.E. (Computer) degree and working experience not less than three years in IT sector, either in a Govt. undertaking or Reputed Private Ltd. Companies
o
