Job Profile
One year on Job-Training in “ Transaction processing-Back office operations ” in Insurance & Investments services at our Divisional Offices across the country.
Learning about various products and processes involved in Insurance and Investment sector.
Learning the entire Gamut of Business activities of the divisional offices and Head office.
After Successful Completion of one year training Period the Management Trainees will be absorbed as Assistant Managers or Equal Managerial Positions depends upon their performance during the Training period

Desired Candidate Profile
Should be a I class MBA (finance )
Should have good Communication skill & Interpersonal Skill.
Age should be less than 25 years.
Should be ready to work Anywhere in India.
Proficiency in MS office
