Director, VPKAS, Almora invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling-up the following posts at VPKAS, Almora and its Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Chinyalisaur, Uttarkashi in the prescribed performa :

1. Field Technician (T-3), Posts: One Post (reserved for OBC)
pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- for VPKAS, Almora.
Essential Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University

2. Stenographer Grade III, Post : One Post (unreserved)
Pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade of Rs. 2400/- for VPKAS, Almora.
Essential Qualification :
(i) Matriculation or equivalent
(ii) Speed in shorthand 100/80 words per minute in English/Hindi.
(iii) Speed in typing 30/25 words per minute/Hindi.

Desirable Qualification : Knowledge of various Software package related to typing work in computer

3. Training Assistant, Posts : One Post (unreserved)
pay band of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- for Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Chinyalisaur, Uttarkashi
Essential Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or equivalent qualification from a recognized University


Age limit: 18-30 years for the posts of Field Technician (T-3) & Training Assistant and 18-27 years for the post of Stenographer Grade-III on the closing date of receipt of application. Relaxation to SC/ ST/OBC as per rules.
