University of Calcutta, conducts Walk-In-Interview for the post:-

1. JRF

Qualification: The Candidate should have uniformly good academic record with M.Sc. in Chemistry with NET qualification (with specialization in Organic / Physical Chemistry), NET (Lectureship) / GATE qualified candidates may also apply.

Pay Scale: Rs. 16000 in the slab of Rs. 16000 – 16000-18000.

2. SRF

Qualification: M.Tech. in Polymer Science and Technology/ Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology or M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent subject with two years research experience as evidenced by published papers in synthesis of Polymer. Or B.Tech in Polymer Sc. and Technology / Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology with two years research experiences in synthesis of Polymer as evidenced by published papers.

Pay Scale:Rs. 18000/- p.m.

Age Limit: Upper age limit 28 years for JRF / 32 years for SRF as on 01.06.2011
