Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for appointment in following Specialist Cadre posts in State Bank of India

1. Manager (Law) : 16 Posts
o Grade : MMGS - III
o Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/-
o Age : 35 Years as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification :Graduation with minimum Bachelors degree in Law

2. Manager (Economist) : 02 Posts
o Grade : MMGS - III
o Emoluments: Rs. 42,000/-
o Age : 35 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification : M.A. in Economics (minimum 55%) with Econometrics and M.Phil in related area / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution. Should hold a proficiency certificate in MS-Office. The candidates should have to their credit published work / research papers in the area of
finance and banking.

3. Deputy Manager (Economist) : 02 Posts
o Grade : MMGS - II
o Emoluments: Rs. 32,000/-
o Age : 30 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification : M.A. in Economics (minimum 55%) with Econometrics / Mathematical Economics and M.Phil in related area from a reputed institution. Should hold a proficiency certificate in MS-Office.

4. Deputy Manager (Security) : 30 Posts
o Grade : MMGS-II
o Emoluments: Rs. 32,000/-
o Age : 35 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification : An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in Army / Navy / Air Force or a (Security) Police Officer not below the rank of ASP / Dy. SP with minimum 5 years service in that rank or officer of identical rank with minimum 5 years service in para-military services. Officers from the fighting arms will be given preference.

5. Assistant Manager (Systems) : 100 Posts
o Grade : JMGS - I
o Emoluments: Rs.24,000/-
o Age : 30 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification : First Class B.E. (Computers), B.Tech (Computer Engineering), M.Sc. (Computer Science) or MCAs from Govt. recognised reputed institutes. Fresh candidates who do not have work experience may also apply.

6. Assistant Manager (Law) : 15 Posts
o Grade : JMGS-I
o Emoluments: Rs. 24,000/-
o Age : 30 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification : Graduate with a degree in Law from a recognised university or a Law Graduate who has passed a 5 years integrated law course.

7. Permanent Part Time Medical Officer (PPMO) : 41 posts
o Grade : JMGS-I
o Emoluments: Rs. 22,700/-
o Age : 35 Yrs as on 01.06.2011
o Qualification :MBBS degree from a recognised university
