Competitive Examination for Recruitment to Posts of Administrative Officer (AO) And Finance & Accounts Officer(F&AO) at ICAR Research Institutes - 2011

The Agricultural Scientists Recruitment Board (ASRB) will hold on 22nd May, 2011 (Sunday), a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Administrative Officers and Finance & Accounts Officers iat ICAR Research Institutes

1. Administrative Officer : 19 Posts
o Qualification : Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% mark in the final degree examination or equivalent and should have working knowledge of computer.

2. Finance & Accounts Officer : 08 Posts
o Qualification : Graduate of a recognized University securing not less than 55% marks in the final degree examination or equivalent and should have working knowledge of computer. Desirable Qualification:- Specialization in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce at the Post Graduation level or professional qualification such as CA/ ICWA/ CS.

Age : 21 years and must have not attained the age of 30 years as on 1st January, 2011

Pay Scale : Pay Band of PB-3 Rs. 15600-39100 + Rs. 5400 (Grade Pay)

Last Date for receipt of application : 14.02.2011
28.02.2011 (For Candidates from far-flung areas)

Application Fee : : Rs. 500/- through a Crossed Bank Draft only, valid for six months from the date of issue, drawn in favour of Secretary, A.S.R.B. and payable at New Delhi
