* QA Performance: Performance engineering/Load runner. 4-6 years of experience
* Microsoft Technology: ASP.NET, C# and Silverlight / MOSS with SQL Server 2005. Strong WPF, WCF, Web Services with NET 3.5 frameworks. 5-8 years of experience
* PL/SQL, UNIX: UNIX, Shell scripting and experience in troubleshooting working in production support. 4-6 years of experience
* Technology Management: People Management experience with Technical Design, Architecture review. Should have managed Java/J2EE/based projects Delivery Management in banking domain is a plus. 12-14 years of experience
* TIBCO: HAWK. Business Works, Business Events, EMS, TIBCO Adapters with Production Support background. 4-6 years of experience
* Java/J2EE: Struts, Web Services, SOA, JSF, XML, Unit Test and Production support. 4-6 years of experience.
