Application forms are obtainable from Deputy Secretary, Assam Public Service Commission, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 on requisition stating clearly the name of post and Department accompanied by a self addressed unstamped envelope of 23x10 cms and will be supplied upto 4.00 PM during the office hours except Sunday and holidays. The last date of issue of application form by the undersigned and
submission of application form duly filled up to the Commission’s office is fixed on 21.12.2009.
