APPLICATION FEE:
A fee of Rs. 100/- for General & OBC Category and Rs. 25/- for SC candidates, as non-refundable, in the s shape of demand draft payable at Chandigarh drawn in favour of Director Principal, Govt. Medical College & Hospital, Chandigarh. Physically handicapped persons are exempted from Application fee.


How to apply :

The application in the placed below proforma alongwith self attested copies of certificates/ degree/ proof of date of birth, educational qualification, caste and testimonials and latest passport size self attested photograph duly pasted, should reach the office of the Director Principal (Room No. 228 A, IInd level Block D, Hospital Building, Sector 32, Chandigarh on or before 08.01.2010 by 5.00 PM.
