The candidates for these positions should ideally have the following credentials:

General Manager (Credit):
Qualification: ACA or a Post Graduate with CAIIB
Age: Not exceeding 50 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 20 years working experience in a Banking company of which atleast 3 years combined experience as AGM / DGM in any Nationalized / Private sector Bank with exposure to credit spanning cross section of lending to all sectors, Syndication of loans, Project appraisal, Credit Monitoring and Forex.

General Manager (Risk Management)
Qualification: Post graduate with CAIIB
Age: Not exceeding 50 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 20 years experience in a Banking company of which atleast 5 years shall be in Integrated Risk Management Department. Should have indepth knowledge of BASEL – II prescription and ICAAP and should be well versed with Risk Management guidelines of RBI.

General Manager (Accounts and Finance):
Qualification: ACA. LLB / CAIIB will be added qualifications.
Age: Not exceeding 52 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 20 years experience preferably in a Banking company of which 3 years shall be in the capacity of Asst General Manager / Deputy General Manager and be well versed in handling matters related to the accounts / finance department of a Bank or a large corporate entity, Finalization of Balance sheet, Taxation, Investments, Profit planning, Basel norms and IFRS. Experience in resource raising, handling of IPO’s / follow on / Rights issues etc is desirable.

Deputy General Manager (Accounts):
Qualification: ACA. LLB will be added qualifications.
Age: Not exceeding 45 years*
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 15 years experience in a Banking company of which 3 years shall be as Chief Manager / Asst General Manager. The candidate should be well versed with preparation of Balance sheet, handling Investment / Portfolio and General Accounting standards etc.

Asst General Manager (Accounts) – Taxation Matters
Qualification: ACA or M.Com (Accounts / Finance) with CAIIB or LLB
Age: Not exceeding 40 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 3 Years experience in Scale III / Scale IV in Nationalized / Private Sector Bank with exposure to Tax matters / coordinating with Income Tax Department / Tribunal / Appeal / Legal matters relating to Taxation etc.

Asst General Manager (Asst Company Secretary)
Qualification: ACS. LLB / CAIIB will be added qualification
Age: Not exceeding 40 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years experience in the corporate secretarial work. Candidate should be well versed with SEBI regulations / NSE and BSE regulations and be very well grounded in company law etc.

Senior Manager (Scale III – Secretarial Department)
Qualification: ACS with LLB
Age: Not exceeding 35 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years experience in relevant area.

Chief Manager – Civil Engineer
Qualification: B.E (Civil Engineering
Age: Not exceeding 40 years *
Experience:
Candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years experience in Scale II / III of Nationalized / Private Sector Bank. Candidates should have core competency in the area of structural engineering, fixing of premises, supervision of work as per specifications and experience in dealing with vendors, architects and interior decorators. Also must be able to draft tender documents in respect of renovation, interior decoration and all premises related requirements.
