02. Pharmacy Assistant, Posts : 01 ST, Age: 18 & 25 Yrs.

03. Ophthalmology Technician Assistant, Posts : 01 ST, Age : 18 &30 Yrs., Exp. : 3 Yrs.
Pay : 10,680/ -

04. Dental Technician Assistant, Posts :01 UR, Age: 18 & 27 Yrs., Exp: 2 Yrs.
Pay : 10,680/-

05. Physiotherapy Assistant , Posts :01 SC, Age : 18 & 30 Yrs., Exp : 3 Yrs.
Pay : 10,680/-

Fee :
A Non-refundable Bank Demand Draft for Rs. 125/- (Rs. One hundred Twenty Five
only) in favour of BHEL, Jhansi payable at State Bank of India, BHEL Branch, Jhansi,
UP (Branch code 3807) is to be enclosed. Candidates are advised to write their Name,
Code No. & Post on back side of Demand Draft.

HOW TO APPLY :
Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may send their application on plain white A4
size paper (neatly handwritten or typed) in the prescribed format as given below,
indicating the Code No. & Position/Post applied for on top of the Envelope cover.
Completed applications along with recent passport size photograph duly signed and
affixed on right hand corner of Bio-data with Demand Draft, if required and one set of all
mark sheets/certificate, registration, caste certificate, if any, and experience or any other
certificate, attested by Gazetted Officer should reach Dy General Manager (HR), BHEL,
ADM Building, Jhansi (UP) – 284129.

Applications without all required documents & Demand Draft, as applicable will not be
considered.
