Assistant Sub. Inspector (Stenographer) Recruitment in ITBPF

Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up following positions.The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules :

Assistant Sub. Inspector (Stenographer) Group ‘C’, Posts : 25 (GEN-14,SC-6,ST-4,OBC-1),
Pay Scale - Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,800/- per month.
AGE:- 18 to 25 years (Cut-off date will be 20/10/2009)


EDUCATIONAL & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:-
(a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from
a recognised Board or University or equivalent.
(b) Minimum speed of 40 words per minute in English Typewriting or 30 words
per minute in Hindi typewriting and a minimum speed of 80 words per minute
in Shorthand English or Hindi.
(c) Should have basic knowledge of computer application;

APPLICATION FEE: Application Fee will be Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to
General and OBC category only and no fee will be charged from SC/ST and Ex-Servicemen. The candidates should attach the Indian Postal Order or Crossed Bank Draft drawn in the name of Inspector General (Special) Frontier, ITBP, West Block, Wing-2, Sector-1, R.K.Puram, New Delhi- 110066 payable at SBI, R.K.Puram, New Delhi ( Bank Code-1076).

Following be attached with the application form :
a) Two latest passport size photographs. (One pasted on application form and another
on admit card duly attested by a Gazetted Officer)
b) IPO/Bank Draft of Rs.50/- (for General and OBC Candidates only).
c) Two self addressed envelopes of 4”X9” size with Rs. 5/- postage stamps affixed on
each envelope.
d) Envelope containing Application must be superscribed in bold letters “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ASSITANT SUB. INSPECTOR (STENOGRAPHER) IN ITBP”

Applications should reach at following before last date 20th October 2009 for
all States except for Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, and Ladakh Division of Jammu & Kashmir State, Lahaul-Spiti District and Pangi Sub- Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep for which last date is 28th October 2009.
