Applications are invited for following posts:

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Essential Qualification: MSc./MTech In Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Life
Sciences/Environmental Science /Technology from recognized university with
minimum 60% marks
Desirable: Qualified CSIR/UGC NET in Life Sciences/Any other National Eligibility Test
will be preferred. Applicant should have strong knowledge/experience of
environmental microbiology/ Biotechnology and should have keen interest in
biochemistry/synthetic and analytical chemistry.
Age limit: Applicant should be below 28years
Duration: 3years
Emoluments: 12000/- pm +15% HRA + Rs.250 Medical Allowance

The interview will be held 23rd Sept.09 at 3.pm in the office of Dean (Research & Sponsored Projects), Thapar University Patiala. Interested candidates are advised to report for interview at least half an hour before to the office of the Dept. of Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences and bring with them their original testimonials and relevant certificates along with their copies duly attested.
