Multi-site configuration management experience. Experience on IBM Telelogic is ideal

- At least 3 years experience at Synergy Change and CM
- IT knowledge – add servers and maintenance
- Good knowledge with DCM between the servers!
- Synergy admin knowledge
- Adding new projects include all the migration
- Synergy background scripts
- build manager knowledge with Synergy CM and Change
- deal with all the users problems, at all the sites
- Synergy backup scripts, problem and regular maintenance
- Know Synergy ver.7.0 and ver.7.1 with all the new issues (web version)
- Synergy change – adding screens, fields, users, roles and scripts
- Handle all the users problems, requests, and questions …
- Synergy Build manager knowledge
- Users trainings
- Knowledge and experience with multi site and multi project
- Knowledge with Focal Point
- Connection between Synergy and Focal point
- General professional support
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidate must undergo Background verification of their Education, Employment Exp.
• Lead time to join should be below than 30days.
