* Looking for MBA’s who have a flair in doing sales in the General Insurance Industry.
* Relationship Building skills
* Team Building Skills
* Preferable age between 20 – 30
* Candidates with prior experience in handling agents would have an added advantage .
* MBA fresher’s can also apply .

Job Profile:

* Identify, recruit and train new agents.
* Help the selected agents to complete the IRDA license process including examination.
* Convert inactive/ dormant agents into active agents through training & motivation.
* Help the Business generation in assigned territory
* Manage relationships with the channels
* Develop new sourcing streams by adding new channels
* Maximize own share of business in the channels
* Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
* Motivation of sales channels for growth in business generation
* Provide constant feedback on company’s products and market intelligence
