Indian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) a Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy is the industry leader in the area of Beach Sand Minerals like ilmenite and rutile (titanium ores), zircon, monazite, sillimanite etc. and producer of rare earth (Lanthanides) chemicals, thorium nitrate etc. The Company requires proactive professionals for the following positions in its Units located in Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

Officer (Mines Survey)

* No.of Vacancies : 02 Posts
* Pay Scale : Rs. 16400-40500
* Age: 30 years

Qualification & Experience:

1. Diploma in Mining/Diploma in Mining Engineering/Diploma in Mining and Mine Surveying/Diploma in Mine Surveying/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution.
2. Candidate must possess Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS, Dhanbad.
3. 5 (five) years surveying experience in a reputed open cast mine after obtaining Surveyor’s certificate of competency.
4. Preference will be given to candidates having knowledge in AUTOCAD and Total Station.

Mining Mate (A)

* No.of Vacancies : 03 Posts
* Pay Scale : Rs. 6020-155-13770 (Pay scale is under Revision)
* Age: 35 years.

Qualification & Experience:

1. SSLC pass with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS, Dhanbad and 5 (five) years relevant experience in a reputed open cast mine, after obtaining the Mate’s certificate of competency
