Operations management -EDN,log & dispatch, scripted routine/scheduled tasks(e.g.routine checks),standard documented requests(e.g. backup/restore).
Ability to collaborate and cooperate with other members of team.
Desired Candidate Profile
1+ yrs of exp in IT.6 to 12 months of exp in Windows Server System administration.Working knowledge in Windows AD, Server Health Check, Networking, Remote access tools(PCAnywhere or VNC or Terminal Server, or Citrix). Knowledge of Web Services (IIS).
