Advt. No. IIST - 02

The Institute offers the following READER POSTS purely on provisional and contract basis.

1. READER IN AEROSPACE
Qualifications: 1. B.Tech (Mechanical) and M.Tech in Manufacturing or related topics. The candidate should be able to teach courses in Manufacturing
2. B.Tech and M.Tech (Mechanical/Aerospace/Applied Mechanics) OR B.Tech(Civil) and M.Tech (Structural Engineering
) The candidate should be able to teach courses in Engineering Mechanics/Engineering Graphics etc.

2. READER IN AVIONICS
Qualification : 1. B.Tech (Electronics) and M.Tech (Computer Science / Microprocessor Application / Embedded Systems) The candidate should be able to teach courses in Microprocessors.

3. READER IN MATHEMATICS
Qualification : 1. Ph.D in Mathematics. The candidate should be able to teach courses in Numerical Analysis/
Functional Analysis/Applied Mathematics

Age limit: 35 years as on 01/02/2009

Remuneration: Rs. 34,400/- per month (consolidated). Superior performers will be rewarded with performance based incentive admissible up to 15% at the end of each year of contract.

Duration: Two years, but extendable.

The envelope should be superscribed as ‘Application for the post of Reader in IIST’. Only Indian Nationals need apply.
