Recruitment for Apprentices

FACT Ltd, Udyogamandal, proposes to select eligible candidates as one year paid Apprentices under the Apprentices Act in the following categories.

Graduate Apprentices

Qualification: Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil and Computer Engineering.

Technician Apprentices

Qualification: Engineering Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.

Eligibility: A Pass in Degree/Diploma; Should not have completed more than three years after passing Degree/Diploma as on 15th October 2008.

Age limit : For Graduate Engineers is 25 years as on 15th October 2008.

Age limit : For Diploma Engineers is 23 years as on 15th October 2008.

Eligible candidates may appear directly for a written test to be conducted on dates mentioned below.

How To Apply
Candidates must bring with them the originals and one set of copies of the following documents/certificates.

i) Proof of date of birth.
ii) Degree / Diploma / Trade Certificate and Mark list (as applicable).
iii) Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST/OBC (issued by an authority, not less than the rank of a Thasildar).
iv) Disability Certificate (for PH candidates) from competent Medical Board.

Candidates from states other than Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Pondichery, and Lakshadweep, must submit a “no objection” certificate from the concerned “Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Training (RDAT) / Board of Apprenticeship Training (BAT), while appearing for the written test.
