Scientific Assistant

Qualification : a) B.Sc. Chemistry with Maths and Physics as Aux. subjects with min. 60% marks (or) B.Sc. with triple major (Maths, Physics & Chemistry) with min. 60% marks b) Three years Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Mechanical Engineering recognized by the GOI. c) Three years Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Electrical & Electronics Engineering recognized by the GOI d) Three years Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication Engineering recognized by the GOI. e) Three years Diploma with not less than 60% marks in Computer Engineering / Computer Technology / Information Technology recognized by the GOI.

Scale of Pay : Rs.12,125/- (approx.) [ Rs.5500-175-9000]

Scientific Officer

Qualification : a) B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. b) B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. c) B.E/ B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. d) B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate. e) M.Sc. Physics with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university f) M.Sc. Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university g) M.Sc. Physics / Chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university h) B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.

Scale of Pay : Rs.17640/- (approx.) [ Rs.8000-275-13500]

Upper Age limit as on 1.5.2008 : 30 years. Maximum age will be relaxed depending upon their proportionate experience subject to a maximum of 35 years. (e.g.: Max. age limit would be 33 years if they possess 3 years of experience and 34 years if they possess 4 years of experience, etc)

3. Application should accompany copies of certificates duly attested by Gazetted Officer in support of (a) birth certificate/SSC Certificate for age proof (b) caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Recent Non-creamy layer Certificate) from the Competent Authority (c) disability certificate in case of Physically handicapped from the Competent Authority (d) educational qualification with mark sheets (e) technical qualification certificate (f) experience certificate (g) one extra passport size photograph.
4. Those who are working in the Central Govt. / State Govt. / PSUs/ Autonomous bodies should submit their applications through proper channel or NOC to be enclosed along with application. Advance copy may also be sent. However, the advance copy will be considered for candidature only on receipt of application through proper channel.
