The facility of 'On-Line registration of applications' for RRB-Ajmer is available on www.rrbajmer.org. Candidates wishing to register on-line, should log on to the website and register online and take a print out of the registered application. The downloaded and filled in application duly signed and left hand thumb impression & photograph affixed at the relevant columns should be sent to the RRB office along with self attested copies of caste certificates (for SC, ST & OBC candidates), fees (for UR & OBC candidates), disability certificate in respect of person with disabilities, and Discharge certificate/NOC (for ex-servicemen/Govt/Rly. candidates), OBC declaration of the candidate himself. The downloaded application will be rejected if not in proper format and not accompanied by the requisite enclosures.

How To Apply :
1. Application form consists of two sheets. (a) APPLICATION FORM (RRB-01) and (b) PERSONAL DATA SHEET (RRB-02). Both should be in conformity to A-4 size as per Employment Notice on a good quality (80 GSM ) Bond paper.
2. The Application form, Personal data sheet & Annexures may be photocopied from the Emp. News paper or downloaded from Websites on 80 GSM paper of A-4 size.
3.Candidates purchasing the printed application form from the market/private agencies/individuals should ensure that the application form and Annexure should conform to A-4 size printed on A-4 size paper of 80 GSM (Bond Paper) and should be exact replica of prescribed forms.
4. The Application Form and Personal data sheet should be filled in candidate's own handwriting, strictly observing the instructions given in the Employment Notice either in English or Hindi language on one side of the paper and should be dated and signed.
5. Signatures of the applicant must be specific & all signatures in the application should be identical, so that the same may not be copied easily. Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS or OPEN LETTERS will not be accepted and the applications having such type of signatures will be out rightly rejected.
6. Affixing the Left Thumb impression in the Application Form is compulsory. The Left Thumb impression should be clear and not smuggled or blotted.
7. The Application Form and Personal data sheet and required Annexures complete in all respects along with enclosures, should be securely tagged. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed "Application for the post of _____Category No.____" and community" " should be clearly indicated on the envelope, i.e. SC/ST/OBC/UR/Ex-servicemen.
8. Applications should be sent by ORDINARY POST NORMALLY to RRB-Ajmer or dropped at the box kept at its office on or before the closing date.. Under no circumstances applications received after the closing date and time will be entertained. Applications sent by registered post, courier or Speed Post will not be acknowledged.
9.Details regarding to whom the applications are to be addressed, their postal addresses, fee payable for the posts and DDs/IPOs to be drawn in favour of etc., are given in the table at para-G.
