NIT, Hamirpur (HP) invites applications on prescribed format for the following Teaching/Non-teaching posts by 10th March 2008 :-
Qualification :
First Class Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology for SC/ST /OBC candidates only OR First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology for General candidates. Or First class Master’s degree in Business Management/ Administration/ other relevant management in relateddiscipline.
Discipline : Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ ECE/ CSE/ MBA
Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-275-13500
How To Apply
All the candidates (except Reserve Category candidates) are required to attach Application fee amounting to Rs.100/- in the shape of DD/IPO drawn in favour of Registrar, payable at Hamirpur (HP). Candidates should attach attested copies of relevant certificate with the application and produce the original certificates at the time of interview, failing which they will not be allowed to appear in the interview. The age prescribed for various posts shall be reckoned as on 1st January 2008. The screening of the applications shall be made by 25th March, 2008 and names of the candidates found suitable for interview shall be displayed on the website of the Institute on 25th March,2008. The schedule of interviews shall also be placed on website on 25th March, 2008.
