* 2-8 years of experience in application development using .Net Technologies (3.0/3.5)
* Required expertise on ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, VS2005/VS2008, SQL Server or AJAX, HTTP handlers, sessions, authentication, authorization, using Web controls, ADO.net and databinding
* Exposure to re-engineering legacy VB application onto .Net would be a Plus.

Delphi - Developers/Senior Developers

* 2 to 8 years of experience in application development using Wintel Architecture (Delphi as programming language and SQL server as database)
* Experience on Migrating Delphi applications to .Net 3.0/3.5 are desired add on skills
* Senior Developers/Leads should have Development as well as Maintenance / Production support lifecycle experience
* Exposure to re-engineering / performance tools would be a plus

Testing-Automation:

* 2-6 years of experience in utomation testing: QTP a mandate
* Experience in test automation script development, debugging and maintenance is required
* Good to have certifications - QTP/Oracle Applications)
