Qualifications and experience :

Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in a relevant discipline with a minimum two years of experience in software development or system administration, or M.Tech in a relevant discipline. Positions require hands-on experience of UNIX / Linux system administration, shell scripts, C / C++ programming and networks, switching and toung.

Desirable : For all positions, exposure to parallel distributed and shared memory computing using MPI and Open MP is desirable. For scientist positions, exposure to installation optimization and problem diagnosis of standard parallel computing applications would be an advantage. For candidates for system administrator / software engineer positions. Working knowledge of web-based interface design and SNMP programming would be useful, as would be an exposure to high speed networking systems.
