o Pay: Rs. 7,500/- per month & Rs. 8,500/- in the Ist & IInd year of training respectively fr All India Trade Test passed Apprentices. Rs. Rs. 7,000/- PM and Rs. 8,000/-PM in the Ist & IInd year of
training respectively for ITI passed candidates
o Qualification : (i) Class Xth or Matriculation and (ii) Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or All India Trade Test for
Apprentices pass (National Apprenticeship Certificate -NAC)

Machinist - 145
Turner - 81
Fitter - 44
Rigger cum Crane Operator - 43
Electrician - 36

o Age Limit : 30 years as on 1st May 2011 (Relaxable as per rules)

HEC is going for recruitment of 117 Nos. of Executive Trainees (Technical/ Finance/ HR):

1. Executive Trainee (Technical) : 107 posts, Qualification : 4 years full time recognised degree in Engineering/ Technology, Age : 29 years

2. Executive Trainee (Finance) : 05 posts, Qualification : CA/ICWA, Age : 29 years

3. Executive Trainee (HR) : 05 posts, Qualification : MBA (HR), PGDHRM or PG in Social Work with specialisation in HR/ Industrial relations/ Personnel Management, Age : 29 years



Selection : Selection will be based on the written test all India level followed by personal Interview.

Relaxation in age and reservation to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH category shall be admissible as per the Government directives.
