Training & Development Scheme

Minimum Qualification MSW/MBA (HR)/MA (Social Work) with specializations in Personnel Management, Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations or Bachelors Degree with 2 yrs Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and HRD from NIPM or reputed institutions
Maximum age as on 01.08.09 30 years .
Stipend (Rs). 1st year-Rs.4000/-p.m
2nd year-Rs.4500/-p.m.
3rd year-Rs.5500/-p.m.


Graduate Trainees
Position Code no. HLL/HR/105/2009
Minimum Qualification Graduates in Physics / Chemistry / Minimum Qualification Mathematics with minimum First Class and passed out in the yrs 2005 - 2009
Maximum age as on 01.08.09 30 years
Stipend (Rs). 1st year-Rs.3500/-p.m.
2nd year-Rs.4250/-p.m.
3rd year-Rs.5000/-p.m.

Reservation as per Govt. of India Rules.
Those who are short listed by the Company alone will be called for the Test / Interview or both.
The training for HR trainees and Graduate Trainees will be for a period of 3 years only which could be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason what so ever. The training will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for consideration for regular employment in the Company.
Those who have undergone training once, in the Company under the Training & Development Scheme are not eligible to apply.

Qualifications :

3. Municipal Finance Officer
Qualifications :
Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with at least five years work experience Reform measures for revenue enhancement from tax and non-tax sources

4. Public Health Engineer
Qualifications :
P.G. in Env. Engg. With at least five years work experience in Sewerage works. Assist the ULBs in formulation and implementation of sewerage and drainage projects under JNNURM

5. Environment Engineer (Solid Waste)
Qualifications :
BE in Civil Engineering with at least five years of work experience in Solid Waste Management. To improve Solid Waste planning and Prepare Environmental Management Plan

6. Urban Planning Officer
Qualifications :
Post Graduate in Urban Planning with five years of work experience To assist ULB in Planning and DPR related works.

7. Procurement Officer
Qualifications :
Post-graduate degree in Law /Graduation in Engineering with five years of work experience Responsible for all JNNURM procurement, contracting,administration and financial management.

8. Human Resource Development Officer
Qualifications :
Post Graduation qualification in personal management/HR with minimum 5 yrs experience in same area. Personal Management and Capacity building

1. Hardware Technician
Qualifications :
Graduation and one and half years diploma in hardware and networking with minimum 5 yrs experience. To look after the computer centre and repairing and maintinance work of computers and hardwares and networking of ULB.
