MPSC invites Applications for the following posts:


Labour Officer, Maharashtra Labour Services, Group-B, in the Directorate of Labour.: 64 Posts
Pay: Rs. 9300-34800+Grade Pay Rs.4400/- plus
Age: Not more than 33 years as on 1st July, 2010. (Relaxable as per rules.)
Qualification:
A post-graduate degree or a two year’s post-graduate diploma in Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations and Personnel Management declared by Government to be equivalent thereto OR
A degree at least in second class in Arts, Science, Commerce, Economics, Law, Agriculture, Statistics or Mathematics with Statistics as a subject or in Social Science or Social Work recognised for the purpose of Maharashtra Welfare Officers (Duties Qualifications and Conditions of Services) Rules,1966 AND
Have adequate Knowledge of Marathi.


Deputy General Manager (Electric Supply) in Grade – A (Special) in Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport Undertaking, Mumbai.: 01 Post
Pay: Rs.13045-440-14365-485-15820-530-17410-575-19135-620-20375
Age: Not more than 50 years as on 1st July, 2010. Relaxable as per rules.
Qualification: Candidates must -
Possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering of a Statutory University / Institution or an equivalent qualification; Possess 12 years experience in the Departments of Planning, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of a large Electric Supply, Distribution System and in the Utilization of Electrical Energy on a large scale of which atleast 3 years should be in a responsible Administrative / Executive position in a large Electric Supply Undertaking; AND Possess adequate Knowledge of Marathi and Hindi languages.
Preference may be given to candidates who possess a Post-graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering or allied discipline of a Statutory University.
