Qualifications : - The candidate must have second class Master Degree in Development Administration / Public Administration / Political Science / Rural Development/Project Planning /Sociology and other Social Sciences/ Behavioral sciences.

Desirable : Good working knowledge in Computer, Research Experience, including data processing software, Type writing in Tamil and English

Age : 40 years
