NIDM invites application for following positions:

(i) Programmer
Qualifications:-
Education:
(a) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications/Computer Science or (b) B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Computer Technology or (c) Degree in Computer
Applications/Computer Science or (d) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from
recognized University/Institution with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
Work Experience:
• 3 years experience in DotNet framework.
• Experience in IIS/Tomcat Server configuration.
• Knowledge of ArcIMS/Map Xtreme and fluency with ArcXML, ASP, Java-Script, VB-Script,
XML and HTML to customize and deploy web-based interactive mapping/reporting
applications.
Pay : Rs 27,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)
Maximum Age Bar : 28 years
Mode of Recruitment : Contractual basis for Six months to begin with.

(ii) Assistant Programmer
Qualifications:-
Education:
(a) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science or (b) B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Technology or (c) Degree in Computer Applications / Computer Science.
Work Experience:
• 2 years experience in DotNet framework.
• Knowledge of SQL 2000 or latest, Oracle 9iAS and 10G databases.
• Knowledge of Linux.
Pay : Rs 22,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)
Maximum Age Bar : 28 years
Mode of Recruitment : Contractual basis for Six months to begin with.

iii) Consultant -Knowledge Management SADKN Project
NIDM is implementing India Chapter of the South Asia Disaster Knowledge Network (SADKN).

Pay : Rs 35,000/- P.M. (Consolidated)
