Selection, Training and Placement of MT & GET:
The selection methodology will comprise: written test (objective type consisting of two parts, general aptitude and subject knowledge). The successful candidate shall be called for group discussion/interview. The candidate selected as M.T & GET shall undergo a comprehensive medical examination by the Company Medical Officers or in HIL approved Hospitals for which the entire expenses shall be borne by the candidate, before placing in a training of one year. After successful completion of training period, the candidate shall be considered for placement as “Assistant Officer” or “Assistant Engineer” in the regular pay scale of Rs.8600-250-14600. After absorption in the regular scale, the Candidate shall be liable to serve the company for a period of 2 years under Bond. The period of training can be extended at the sole discretion of the management.

Centre for written test:-
The Company propose to conduct the written test for MTs & GETs at its Units located at 1) R&D Centre, Gurgaon. 2) Bathinda Unit (Punjab). 3) Alwaye Unit near Kochi (Kerala). 4) Rasayani Unit near Panvel (MH). Candidates are advised to give their choice for the centre in order of their preference. If they fail to opt for centre, the same shall be decided at the discretion of the Management

General Conditions:
Reservation of Posts for OBC, SC/ST & PWD shall be as per Govt. of India Rules. Age
relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and Ex-serviceman, dependents of those killed in action and 3 years for OBC.
