Jobs Details :- The WII wishes to engage 01 Junior Research Fellow (Indian nationals only) through a walk-in-interview on Monday, 31st October 2011.

1-Post Name : Junior Research Fellow

* Qualifications :- Masters degree in Wildlife Science/ Environment Management/Ecology/ Environmental Sciences/Forestry/Zoology/Botany with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University
Desirable : Research experience in radio-telemetry, vegetation quantification and animal census techniques and use of GIS and Remote Sensing.
* No. of Post : 1 Posts.
* Age Limit : 28 Years.
* Pay Scale : Rs.16000/-(consolidated)

* Project Title : ‘Determining the Offshore Distribution, Migration and Movement of Olive Ridley Sea Turtle (Lepidochelys olivacea) along the East-coast of India’
* Qualifications : - Candidates must possess M.Sc and Ph.D Degrees in Marine biology/Marine Science from a recognized University.
* Desirable : Candidate with published research work to their credit in the subject of marine biodiversity and have already shown evidence of independent research work will be given preference.
