Customer Service Assistant – Airport Services
Location – Across the network

Will be responsible for the comfort and safety of the passengers, assisting them with ticketing, check-in, baggage and making sure they board the right flight. In short, taking utmost care of our customers. You will be based at the Airport and as the flights are round the clock, you will be required to work in shifts.

Qualification : should be a graduate, below 25 years of age and unmarried. Additionally, you should have a pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Security Assistant

Location – Across the network
Will be responsible for monitoring access control to the aircraft, frisking passengers and thorough checking of baggage and cargo. You will be based at the Airport and as the flights are round the clock, you will be required to work in shifts.

Qualification : should be a graduate below 25 years of age and unmarried. You should have a pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. You need to have an eye for detail, be alert and attentive. Preference will be given to those with an NCC certificate. Female candidates should be at least 155 cm tall, while the minimum height requirement for male candidates is 165 cm. Your weight must be proportionate to your height.

Cargo Assistant
Location - Mumbai

Will be responsible for daily cargo operations at the airport, accepting and handling cargo from clients / airlines in respect of both domestic & international cargo, manifesting cargo flight wise, tallying cargo with manifest for loading, segregate as per loading instructions (at ramp), place documents on board and issue delivery orders. Moreover, you need to compile and prepare flight reports. You will be based at the Airport and as the flights are round the clock, you will be required to work in shifts.

Qualification : should be a graduate, below 25 years of age and unmarried. You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to those with computer proficiency.

Performance Engineer
Location – Mumbai

Will be responsible for analyzing performance / variation data of individual aircraft by observation flight / automated data capture, and initiate action plans. You will be required to generate performance takeoff charts, engine out procedures and fuel tankering advisories. Additionally will also develop software for Operations Engineering functions, in-house as well as through external solution providers and develop and conduct training programmes in respect of performance training for Pilots, Despatchers.

Qualification: should be a graduate or post graduate in Aeronautical / Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology. You should possess excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
