Final result of MT(General/Depot/Movement/Accounts), Advertisement published in Employment News dated 15.01.2011. and written test held on 15.5.2011.The written test, GD and interview have been given weightage of 70%, 10%, and 10% respectively. The rest 10% has been reserved for Training programmme. The Training programme for Depot and Movt cadre will
tentatively commence from 26.09.2011and for General and A/Cs cadre will commence from 28.10.2011. A copy of Offer of Appointment and Annexures (1 to 9 ) have also been uploaded which may be used by Candidates.

Candidates belonging to OBC-NCL/SC/ST categories (as per Central List) and PH (Persons with Disability) candidates must bring Caste/Medical Certificates in the prescribed proforma at the time of joining. 1. Candidates who have not submitted attested photo-copies of the requisite documents in support of their claims in respect of educational qualifications, marks, community, date of birth etc. should submit the same to the Registrar (Academic) latest by 23.7.2011, failing which their candidature will be cancelled and the seat will be offered to the candidate next on the merit list.
2. SC/ST Certificate in prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority and should be in English or Hindi in language. Sub Caste should be clearly mentioned in the certificate.
3. In case of OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates, an attested copy of OBC (Noncreamy layer) certificate in the prescribed proforma issued by the competent authority. The sub caste should tally with the central list of OBC.
4. Admission of the above mentioned candidates to M.Sc. courses is subject to verification of their original degrees/certificates/documents and eligibility as per criteria laid down in the Prospectus.
