1. General Manager / Dy. General Manager : 01 Post
o Pay Scale : Rs.32900-58000/ Rs. 29100-54500
o CTC: Rs.10.43 lakhs p.a. / Rs.9.22 lakhs p.a.
o Age : 40-45 Years / 35-45 years
o Qualification : Graduation from a recognized University with professional degree of MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (equivalent to MBA) with specialization in HR from any recognized University / AICTE approved Institution.
o Area : Human Resource

2. Deputy Manager (Accounts) : 11 Posts
o Pay Scale : Rs.16400-40500/-
o CTC: Rs.5.19 lakhs p.a.
o Age : 27-35 years
o Qualification : Degree in Commerce from a recognized University and should have passed the final examination of either Institute of Chartered Accountants or ICWA.
