1. Assistant Director : 04 Posts
o Pay Scale : PB-3 Rs.15600-39100/- Grade Pay - Rs.5400
o Qualification : Bachelors degree with MBA/(2-years full time/3-years part-time) with specialization in Finance/ Marketing or Post-Graduation in Economics / Commerce / Statistics / Agri-business / Rural Management / Cooperative Management / Banking / Insurance, or Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant
o Age Limit : 30 yrs as on 01.07.2011

2. Programme Officer : 04 Posts
o Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay - Rs.4600/-
o Qualification : Degree of a recognized University with not less than 50% marks ( 45% for SC/ST and departmental candidates).
o Age Limit : 30 yrs as on 01.07.2011

3. Junior Assistant : 05 Posts
o Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay - Rs.2400/-
o Qualification : Degree of a recognized University with knowledge of computers. Desirable: i) Knowledge of Hindi . ii) Knowledge of Typing
o Age Limit : 27 yrs as on 01.07.2011
