1-Post Name : Financial Controller

* Qualifications : - Passed the examination of chartered Accountant of ICAI
Experience : – Minimum 20yrs in a reputed company registered under the indian companies Act,1956; out of which minimum 8yrs experience should be as Head of Finance Department.
* Age Limit : – 50yrs
* No of Post : 01

2-Post Name : Company Secretary

* Qualifications : - Passed the examination of Chartered Secretary of ICAI
* Experience : – Minimum 15 yrs in a reputed company registered under the Indian Companies Act,1958; out of which minimum 7 yrs experience should be as company Secretary
* Age Limit : – 45yrs
* No of Post : 01
