Institute wishes to recruit Research Interns (02 Positions) under “CSIR Diamond Jubilee Research Interns Award Scheme” to attract young and brilliant candidates to demonstrate their interest in Scientific Research as well as for qualifying and securing other research fellowships as per details given below: -

Essential Qualification: – M. Sc (Ist Class) in the area of Biological Science/Chemistry.

Desirable:- Medical Technical Training etc.

Age Limit :- 25 years as on 20.07.2011 (Relaxable in case of SC/ST, Physically Handicapped & OBC candidates as per GOI Rules).

Remuneration :- Rs.15,000/- p.m. (fixed)

Duration :- Two years and not extendable.

Engagement for the above position is purely on temporary and contract basis for the period of duration of the Internship. Interns continuation in the scheme shall be reviewed after every six months and in case the performance is not satisfactory, the Internship can be terminated with one months notice or one months salary in lieu thereof without assigning any reasons. Number of vacancies may vary.
