1. Senior Management Level : 02 Posts
o Age : 40 - 50 years as on 01.04.2011
o Qualification : B. Tech / M.Tech degree in Electronics / Electrical Retired Officers or Short service Officers from Navy not below the grade of Commanders with 10- 15 years experience after B. Tech

2. Middle Management Level : 05 Posts
o Age : 30 - 40 years as on 01.04.2011
o Qualification :B. Tech degree in Electronics / B. Tech degree in Mechanical

3. Junior Management Level : 02 Posts
o Age : Below 40 years as on 01.04.2011
o Qualification :Degree / Diploma in Electronics
