The Prescribed Application Form can be had from the office of Deputy Registrar ( Printing & Stationery) by depositing Rs. 350/- ( Rupees three hundred and fifty only) in the University chest, Hazratbal or by sending bank draft drawn in favour of the Registrar of the University, cashable at J&K Bank Ltd. University campus, Hazratbal, Srinagar along with necessary postage stamps and also can be downloaded from University website.
