Qualification :
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required

Experience : 0-2 Years

Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Major Responsibilities:
Needs to have a good understanding of SLAs, Service Desk KPIs, industry bench-marks for SD area & best practises prevalent in this domain.
Should have the experience to handle the entire life-cycle of SD employees right from employees recruitment, burnout, training, evaluations, promotions and motivation.
Will be responsible for ensuring provision of good and effective service to end-users company-wide: supervision, monitoring and control of service processes.
Intermediate to expert knowledge in ITIL 3.0 or ISO 20000 standard.
Proactive in improving processes and driving results based on customer/management feedback
Should be a go-getter with capability to work individually & drive the team with a positive vision which is clearly understood by peers & subordinates

Requirements:
Ability to lead high complexity tasks in a dynamic environment
Ability to gain the trust and confidence of customers.
Able to deliver on KPIs by invoking team contribution as necessary
Very service

Excellent presentation skills.

Good consulting skills to increase SD business by interaction with internal business groups
