The ideal candidate should be a graduate from a recognised University with 55% marks and either a qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost & Works Accountant having passed the final examination from the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. Must have 7 to 10 years post qualification experience in a manufacturing organization/Tea Industry of repute
