Applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment for following positions :

Library Assistants,
Scale of Pay : Rs. 8,390-13,270
QUALIFICATIONS:-
General : Any University Degree recognized by M.G. University
Technical : Bachelor Degree in Library & Information Science recognized by M.G. University.
Age : Between 18-35 years as on 01.01.2009 (Relaxation of Upper age as per Govt. rules)
Cost of application form : Rs. 250/-
Application fee : Rs. 500/-

Application forms & details can be had either directly or by post from the Store Keeper (General), Mahatma Gandhi University by remitting the cost in the manner stated above. Those who wish to get the application form by post shall send self addressed envelope of size 27 cm × 12 cm affixing stamp worth Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) with DD (SBT) for Rs. 250/- drawn in favour of Finance Officer, Mahatma Gandhi University payable at SBT MGU campus branch.
Copies of testimonials to prove age, qualification and experience etc shall be submitted along with the application. Last date for receipt of filled application in the office of the undersigned is 15.10.2009. Applicants who are in service should submit their application through proper channel.
