Applications are invited for following position under the SREL sponsored Project `Biogas Production from Biomass’ ( period up to 19.08.2010) in the Microbial Sciences Division, being filled in through walk-in-interview to held on 14th September 2009 at 10.00 a.m.

Junior Research Fellow
Qualifications: Essential: (i) 1st class M.Sc. (Microbiology/ Environmental Science/ Biotechnology) with 1st class B.Sc.(Microbiology) & (ii) Clearance of CSIR-UGC/NET/GATE above 90 percentile. Desirable: working experience in research/ analytical laboratory. Stipend Rs.12000/- + HRA. Age limit 28 yrs. [Code:JRF/MSD/SP-174]

In case of nonavailability of qualified JRF, candidates having M.Sc. as above with at least 55% marks may be considered for Research Studentship on monthly stipend Rs.11000/- (fixed).

Last date for receipt of application is 10th September 2009 up to 05.00 p.m..

Candidates fulfilling above conditions may apply with attested copies of qualifications, certificates, Passport size photograph, and application fee of Rs.50/-, payable by Demand Draft only, in favor of Director, ARI, Pune, by prescribed last date and directly appear for walk-in-interview as per schedule. No TA/DA will be applicable for attending the interview and no separate call letters will be issued.
