Vijaya Bank, invites online application for following positions :

1. Probational Clerk : 500 posts ,
Pay Scale : Rs. 4410 – Rs.13210, Age : 18-28 years,
Qualification : Pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination / 10+2 of 10+2+3 pattern or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board / Central /State/UT Administration.
(OR)
Degree in any discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board / Central / State / UT Administration.

APPLICATION FEE & POSTAGE CHARGES (NON-REFUNDABLE):
A) Rs.50/- towards postal charges for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
B) Rs.300/- Application fee (including postal charges) for all others including OBC & XSM Candidates.
The fees should be paid by Demand Draft/Pay Order favouring "VIJAYA BANK RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2009 (PROBATIONARY CLERKS)" Payable at MUMBAI only . Please note that Cash, Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Stamps etc. will NOT be accepted . Candidate’s name and date of birth should be written on the reverse of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
C) The Demand draft/Pay order should not be dated before 10.09.2009 and not after 01.10.2009 (including for those applying from far flung areas).

Tentative date for Written Examination: 20.12.2009

After applying on-line, the registered candidates should obtain a ' print out of the Computer Generated On-Line Application' , sign at the appropriate place and send along with Application fee (i.e., Demand Draft /Pay Order). Candidates should retain a photocopy of their Demand Draft and the aforesaid print out for future reference.

' Print out of the Computer Generated On-Line Application' complete in all respects should be sent by ordinary post only in a closed envelope super scribed "PRINT-OUT FOR THE POST OF PROBATIONARY CLERKS -2009 in Vijaya Bank", tothe following address:
