Founded in September 2004, in a short span of four years, Lakshya Digital has established itself as one of the largest game production studios in South Asia, with 184 people across two studios in India. We also have an office at San Diego, California, USA.
We are pioneering a process & technology driven game development methodology, which enables a global development team to work together to produce high quality games.
Our founding team has strong experience in video game development and 2D/3D animation. We have worked on a total of 57 game projects for 35 customers including several prominent game publishers and developers like Vivendi, SOE, THQ, etc.

SWAT® allows our clients to track the progress of their project in real-time. They can track the latest schedules by Project; drill down to the Asset schedules and further drill down to the Task Schedules. SWAT® is a comprehensive workflow management tool specifically designed to meet the challenges of the video game industry. It is tightly integrated with standard third-party tools for Project Management & Planning, Version Control etc.

SWAT® also incorporates a powerful on-line feedback system (like a forum) which allows you to capture all the feedback provided for a particular asset/task chronologically and hence be in control of the review and iteration cycle.
