0 to 3 years in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Process
Desired Qualification:
BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech/MCA/M Sc (CS/IT)/B Sc(CS/IT)/ Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science or Equivalent.
Location: Bangalore

Technical Required Skills
Thorough understanding of basic quality concepts and principles.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and software quality assurance.
Participation in work product reviews.
Internal auditor of ISO 9001:2000 or CMMI quality management system.
Knowledge of project estimation, planning, tracking and monitoring.
Familiarity with software development metrics and their usage for improvement.
Familiarity with usage of statistical process/quality control tools.
Able to conduct project facilitation and SQA review.
Process preparation and tailoring to the requirements.

Desirable Skills Required
Certified Lead Assessor of ISO 9001:2000
Participation in Introduction to SEI: SW-CMM program
CQA / CQE or equivalent certification
Awareness and experience in six-sigma
Work experience with statistical process/quality control tools
Experience in IT industry
