HUDCO has been appointed as an implementing agency by the Government of Bihar for construction of Basic Services to the Urban Poor (BSUP) work under Jawahar Lal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) scheme in Patna and Bodhgaya towns in Bihar. The works under these projects include construction of multistoried LIG & EWS houses and other related infrastructure facilities. The qualifications, experience, emoluments and other terms & conditions for the required posts are as below:


Works Engineer (Civil), posts : 05 posts,
Fixed Salary : Rs.20000/- PM

Site Supervisor (Civil), posts : 10 posts,
Fixed Salary : Rs.15000/- PM

The above posts are specifically for BSUP Projects in Bihar and not for the regular establishment of HUDCO. The appointment will be for two years, or till the date of completion of the project whichever is earlier. The appointment is co-terminus with the project and will not confer any right to claim absorption in regular establishment of the Corporation or for appointment in other projects of the Corporation. The contract can be terminated by one month’s notice by either side.
