The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), New Delhi is a statutory body set up under an Act of Parliament viz. the TRAI Act, 1997. The organization proposes to prepare a panel of officers having the required experience for appointment as Senior Research Officer (Engineering) on deputation on foreign service terms initially for a period of two years. Senior Research Officer (Engineering)

* Pay Scale: Rs.15600 -39100 + grade pay Rs.6600/- plus allowances such as DA, HRA, etc as per Govt. Rules
* Experience/Qualification:Officers of the Central Govt., Public Sector Undertakings and Statutory and Autonomous Bodies (i) holding equivalent post on regular basis or (ii) Officers in Junior Time Scale with 4 years of regular service in that grade or 7 years of regular service in the grades of Section Officer or equivalent or 7 years of combined service on regular basis in the Junior Time Scale/Section Officer’s grade. The officer must possess the
working knowledge of computer.
* Essential: A Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engg. and/or Telecommunications Engineering from a recognized University and possessing requisite experience in the telecommunication field.
